To use a prescription discount card, get the free card, look up your medication to find the lowest local price, then show the card at the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist to run it using the RxBIN, RxPCN and RxGroup. You pay the discounted cash price on the spot. There's no sign-up, and you can reuse the card every time.

1) Get your free card. 2) Compare your medication's cash price at nearby pharmacies. 3) Hand the card (or your phone) to the pharmacist and ask them to process it with the BIN/PCN/Group. 4) Pay the discounted price.
