You can download and use the LowerScript card without giving us personal information. If you contact us by phone, email or the contact form, we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, email and message) so we can respond.

Prescription price searches

The price-lookup tool is powered by our partner, SingleCare. When you search for a medication price, that search is handled on SingleCare's platform under SingleCare's own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it. LowerScript does not need your diagnosis or full prescription history to provide the discount.

How we use information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, support your use of the card, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
