How LowerScript works — and how we make money
LowerScript is a free prescription discount card for Florida residents. The card is free to use — no sign-up, no membership, no hidden fees. Participating pharmacies pay a small fee when the card is used; nothing is added to your price. And we don't sell your prescription data. Here's exactly how all of that works.

How we make money
We think you should know how a "free" card pays for itself. LowerScript is free to use — no membership, no hidden fees. Like our partner SingleCare, we are paid a small fee by participating pharmacies when the card is used to fill a prescription. That fee comes from the pharmacy, not from you — no markup is added to your price. That's the entire model.
Where the prices come from
The discounts come from the SingleCare pharmacy savings network, which negotiates cash prices directly with pharmacies. When you check a price, you're seeing that network's negotiated rate at pharmacies near you — the same price you'll pay at the counter with the card.
Your privacy: we don't sell your data
Discount cards have a reputation for quietly selling people's prescription data. We don't. You can download and use the LowerScript card without creating an account, and our website uses no advertising trackers. We do not sell your prescription information.

Honest by design
LowerScript only helps if it actually saves you money, so we'll tell you the truth: for some prescriptions your insurance copay — or a program like Walmart's or Publix's low-cost generics — may be cheaper than the card. Compare, and use whichever is lower. LowerScript is a discount program, not insurance, and this page is general information, not medical advice.
